This house on Haynie Flats expresses the complete construction services that Hinckly Construction provides at the highest quality and precision. The existing house was completely renovated and modified to the client's preferences. Modifications included reframing the roof in order to transform the ceiling in the common space from flat to vaulted.

The back porch was also transformed into a pool area and stone paved patio area. Hinckley Construction was crucial to every part of this project including trim carpentry, casework construction, countertops, and the refinishing of the concrete floors.
